Purchasers using 203K Financing:
At closing the purchaser shall receive a credit deposited into the
203K repair escrow account on the HUD1 representing the Seller's
contribution to LBP Stabilization and Testing in the amount indicated
on the LBP Stabilization Plan but not to exceed 10% of the sales
price.
 On all Federal Holidays that fall on a Monday bidding will close at midnight on
the day of the Holiday.
